Founding partner of Murta Goyanes Advogados, Antonio Murta has over 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property. Frequently recognized by international legal directories such as Chambers Global and WTR 1000, Murta also serves as State Attorney for Rio de Janeiro. He is a member of AIPPI, the Unfair Competition Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Unfair Competition Team of MARQUES, and the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI).

- Practice in renowned law firms specializing in Intellectual Property Law since 1992.

- Coordinator and Lecturer of the course on Trademarks and Trade Names within the specialization program in Industrial Property for federal judges and appellate judges (2003).
- Lecturer in the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program in Intellectual Property at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), from 1999 to 2009.
- Assistant Professor of Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), from 1993 to 2009.
