Founding partner of Murta Goyanes Advogados, the IP´s specialist Marcelo Goyanes will attend the “II Fórum do Direito Autoral e do entretenimento”, at OAB RJ, next Monday, October 9th. The event is organized by the Copyright and Entertainment Law Committee of the Bar Association, Section Rio de Janeiro, and aims to address proposals and possible solutions to the most current discussions regarding the entertainment industries in Brazil.
Goyanes will be the moderator of the panel about blocking actions against sites and apps and the challenges for copyright holders. Gustavo Surerus (Globosat), Marcel Leonardi (You Tube) and Ygor Valério ( Motion Pictures Association) will also participate in the debate, at 3h30 p.m.
