MGA represents Brazil at the ICLG – Designs 2023 edition
Murta Goyanes contributed to the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Designs 2023. Our Luiza Duarte Pereira, Patrícia Rizel, Conrado Steinbruck and Fernanda Mosca wrote the chapter about Brazil, which addresses judicial, legislative and administrative issues related to the protection of industrial designs.
