Luiza do Prado represented Murta Goyanes at the XXII ASPI 2023 International Congress, which ended yesterday in São Paulo. This year’s edition had the participation of experts and authorities, brought to the debate the theme “The New Frontiers of Intellectual Property” and addressed technological transformations and their impacts on business involving IP.
According to Luiza, the various panels at the event addressed opportunities, risks and controversial aspects involving the paths to effective legal protection, under the new innovative perspectives. “It became very clear that in this era of technological revolution, only those professionals who remain up-to-date and attentive to changes in the digital world will stand out. It is necessary to follow the evolution of business models in real time, to guarantee the effective legal protection of intellectual assets”, she summarizes.
