BPTO launches a public consultation regarding the prosecution of industrial design applications filed via Hague Agreement
Further to Brazil’s adhesion to the Hague Agreement, the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) launched on April 11, 2023, a public consultation regarding the prosecution of industrial design applications received via said agreement.
Interested parties may send comments and suggestions until May 11 to the e-mail consultapublicadi@inpi.gov.br.
