INPI Launches Public Consultation on Artificial Intelligence Patent Examination
The Brazilian PTO (INPI) has launched a Public Consultation on draft Guidelines for examining patent applications related to Artificial Intelligence. Contributions may be submitted until October 17 through the INPI website.
