INPI Launches Online Repository of Legal Opinions on Industrial Property
The Brazilian PTO (INPI) has introduced an online platform titled “Legal Opinions on Industrial Property”, offering a structured repository of legal opinions and interpretations issued by the Office of the Federal Attorney General at INPI (PFE/INPI) since 1999. This initiative is intended to improve accessibility, transparency, and consistency in the institutional legal interpretation of industrial property matters.
