The BRPTO held a meeting with users to present improvements and gather feedback on its electronic patent services, as part of the ongoing Permanent Dialogue with Stakeholders initiative.
During the event, updates to the e-Patentes system were presented, enabling greater integration and digitalization of procedural steps, as well as improvements to the interface design and overall usability to facilitate user navigation and access to services.
The meeting also aimed to strengthen the dialogue between the BRPTO and users, reinforcing the Office’s policy of continuous stakeholder participation in modernization and digital service enhancement initiatives.
