MGA will be at the AIPPI Word Congress, in Japan

One of the world’s most important gatherings in Intellectual Property, the AIPPI World Congress 2025, will take place from 13 to 16 September in Yokohama (Japan’s second-largest city). It brings together officials, business leaders, lawyers, and academics from around the globe to discuss trends and exchange experiences on the issues shaping the future of IP today.

Topics on this year’s agenda include compulsory patent licensing, the exhaustion of trademark rights, and the issue of the moment: the implications of AI tools for copyright law.

Antonio Murta, MGA’s founding partner, and Alice Rayol, partner in the Patents practice, will be there!

Up-to-date information, relevant debates, global connections.
MGA is always attuned to the very best in IP.
